Saw a friend's unit last night. Floor plan was really big, very artsy. Lots of windows... A lot of open space, you need to spend time to decorate it. Really good value. There's no 24 hour doorman, but there's a security guard that roams around. Right next to Coles and the Association, but don't venture east. They like it so far.
